Windows 10: Security Message Widows Defender Security says PC locked out call 888-533-4210

I was entering in web browser when message came up on screen from windows saying a threat was detected Trojan spyware and provided phone number to call. I called but noone said it was windows and I hung up. There is noone at windows to talk to Has this happened to any one and if so was the number real and did they solve problems?

What can be locked, can be unlocked. My suggestion is if you want to be secure do not say or do anything online you wouldn't say to a cop........yes I troll cops in real life. Its a sickness.
