Windows 10: Security Platform KB5007651 Version 1.0.2207.20002 Missing "App & browser control" in View...

Looks like this platform update Version 1.0.2207.20002 was meant to fix the problem for Build 22621 and 22622 that was missing App & browser control and some other security issues, it works fine on Build 22621.457 and 22622.590.But W.U. also applied it to current public build 22000.xxx and in this case it ended up adding the problem also in latest public Build 22000.918.Why is this update added also to public build 22000.xxx when it clearly shows Version 1000.22621.1.0 ?https://aka.ms/AAhwxfdBuild 22000.918, missing App & browser control.After removing Security platform update 1.0.2207

I ran the commands you mentioned each in turn on a Windows 11 laptop, the only hit being sfc /scannow said it found errors and fixed them. After restarting the pc and running Updates again, it no longer finds Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2109.27002).

What's going on? Some of my systems install this update without a hitch, some fail, and some never list it in installed updates search results.
