    Security questions problem


    My computer had a problem, repaired it I hope, and I entered my password. Took me to security questions, I answered them correctly but it blinked once and only returned to displaying Qs and As. Tried disconnecting peripherals and then power but problem recurs. Can't reset computer because it contains many programs used in my business. MS support suggested holding down shift while restarting but got disconnected. What to do?

    Thanks very much lilhasselhoffer. I'll start doing what you suggested step by step.

    One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

    Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

    That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

    SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
