    I/e I am on I/e 11 the latest updated browser ive set as default but rapport still refuses

    Thank you, this saved me re-installing Windows 10. I guess it's a case of don't mix IBM and Microsoft software!

    Hi Gary

    Yes.. it seems it was related to (in my case) IBM's security software 'trusteer rapport' banking software

    The version that I had (funnily enough the latest version), was incompatible with EDGE. I think the issue is solved now, but if you have the rapport program, I would uninstall and re-install it. that worked for me.

    If you are not using rapport, its probably something similar. Rapport block screen captures and keystrokes etc..
