    Security scam


    My screen received a message that appeared to come from Microsoft Windows. The message said my computer received spyware and had a telephone number. I could not get a person on the telephone because Microsoft is only online An associate recognized the scam and restored my computer.The problem is what happens when a computer cannot be accessed and telephone service is unavailable?
