Windows 10: Security Scan Required: missing item indication.

Hi.I sometimes must deal with system's notifications like:Security scan requiredYour administrator requires a security scan of this item. The scan could take up to 10 seconds.Pressing on this notification just redirect me to a generic help page on docs.microsoft.com which suggests the user to stop system notifications before getting annoyed.I don't want to stop Windows Security notifications since I think they are useful alert as long as their messages are clear.Now, I cannot remember all my system's changes I'm a programmer, I usually produce my own dlls

If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

1. Are you aware of any changes made to this computer prior to the issue?
   
2. What is the version of your Windows 10 computer? (To check the version of your Windows 10, you can refer
   See which version of Windows 10 you have).
   
3. Is the computer connected to any Domain Network?
   
4. Do you see a message like Some settings are managed by your organization when using Windows Defender?
   
5. From where are you dragging and dropping the plugins?
   

It might be difficult for us to tell you which item was blocked by Windows Defender and requires a scan, so I suggest you to look for the
Threat/Protection history by launching Windows Defender > Click on
Virus and thread protection > Click on Threat/Protection history. Here, you can find the history which was allowed or blocked by Windows Defender.

Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if you are getting the same message from Windows Defender.

Method 1:
Running Security Scan With Microsoft Safety Scanner.

I suggest you to perform a Full Scan using
Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if you find
anything.

If you don't get anything using Microsoft Safety Scanner, then follow
Method 2.

Method 2:
Performing A Clean Boot.

I suggest you to put your computer in a
Clean Boot State and check what exact is causing this issue.

A Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality
while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

If the Clean Boot works, then don't forget to place the computer to normal boot by going to
Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section in the Clean Boot link.

FAX and SCAN item missing

Fax and Scan work fine.

Out of curiosity, why is the Windows Fax and Scan item missing from Control Panel|Programs and Features|Turn Windows Features on and off|Print and Document Services?

Up-to-date W2004 build. SFC is clean.
