Windows 10: Security update and Bluetooth problems

So my Bluetooth will not show up on my bottom right bar and I've just been having problems in general with it, so I decided to try and troubleshoot it Your device is missing important updates. Before troubleshooting, use Windows Update to install the latest updates and see if this resolves your device issues. But it says "Your device is missing important updates. And mind you, I have checked for updates 3 times today, and it just keeps saying. "your device is missing important

PROBLEME with BLUETOOTH on NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC !!!

HI.

I HAVE A PROBLEME WITH BLUETOOTH ON MY NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC ........... BLUETOOTH can't be activate.

* I FOLLOW THIS STEPS ;

• menu
• settings
• connectivity
• bluetooth
• activate

but he doesn't activate ........................................... so please help me!!!! .
