Windows 10: Security Update for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 2 KB3045313 - Install Error

Ran Windows Update twice yesterday, 2nd run came with three updates:1. Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package KB25382432. Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package KB25650633. Security Update for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 2 KB3045313Trouble installing the 3rd, error code Install error - 0x80070643Tried restarting, running Windows Update troubleshooter, also the .NET fixer https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135.How do I install this update?

Please help I set my computer to auto update windows 10 on 1/21/2016 after the update I get a error that I cant get rid of and my main work program will not work. I have a ASUS Q55il with a intel core i7 16.1 screen. I had 4 Microsoft tech try to fix this
and now they are tring to charge me for the fix. Question am I responsible for this. This problem did not happen until the update.

Failed uninstall of SQL Server 2008 R2

When I tried to uninstall SQL Server 2008 R2 I got the following error message:

Error code 0x84B40000 Attributes do not match. Present attributes (Directory, Archive, Compressed), included attributes (0), excluded attributes (Compressed, Encrypted)

I uncompressed the folder containing SQL Server. I unchecked the archive setting for the folder and all subdirectories and files below it. The encryption setting was already off. I retried the uninstall and got the same message. I unchecked the "read
only" status for the folder and retried - still got the same message.

I tried upgrading to SQL Server 2014 from 2008 and got a message that I needed to upgrade to SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 2 which I tried but got back the original error message.
