Windows 10: Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441 fails...

When prompted to install update KB5034441 on Windows 10, I get a persistent fail with error 0x80070643. There are lots proposed solutions out there that run troubleshooter, reinstall .net etc etc but I'm having no success. "Installing" stays on 0% then 'Error Encountered'. I'd appreciate any insight with a short effective solution, if you have one, please. Many thanks...

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Fail to install: Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 and Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602

Took a few tries, and that solved some issues but caused a new one.

My process:

1. Ran Setup.exe
   
   1. Try 1 failed at 17%, blue screen error "Stop Code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION"
      
   2. Try 2 failed at 57%, blue screen error "Stop Code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION What failed: Ntfs.sys"
      
   3. Try 3 completed update process
      
2. Tried to run Windows Updates as usual through settings
   
   1. Successfully installed: Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.387.507.0)
      
   2. Version 22H2 shows installed today in About>Windows specifications (not showing up in Update History "Feature Updates" section, not sure if that's a problem or not)
      

New problem - this update failed to install:
2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022729) (0x80073712)
Status: "Some update files are missing or have problems."
