    Security Update - KB3132372 - Flash Player


    I have 2 w10 pro 64 and 2 w10 pro 32 version 10586.36. After installing kb3132372 many programs are crashing (including a banking application). After uninstalling the update via the control panel (without restarting my systems), everything is working like before.
    Now i am going the control the installation of the updates with Windows Update MiniTool (link @ Windows Update MiniTool).

    Updated earlier today and it required a restart, 64bit Home Edition, took it from 10586.29 to 10586.36.

    The only people who have problem with this update, are these who playing flash player games from mini clients. They need to unistall the update lol

    Not only games are concerned. Applications using the Internet Explorer engine and Flashplayer crash. I experienced an online credit card payment application (Visa e-Carte Bleue) aborting.

    HP Solution Center also crashes after the update. Had to uninstall the flash update to get it working again. Really don't like the trade off!*Sad

    Have you tried to ask the folks in HP support forums ?
    Maybe they have an "inside" track about it.

    Lets hope they do take action, having HP solution center problem everyone else is reporting....they seem to know they have issues with this update causing programs to crash (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3132372 known issues) but apparently unware of how many users are affected.....

    I can confirm that today's Windows Update KB3133431 fixes the HP problem. Like you, I had to uninstall and block to get the HP software to load for my printer to scan.

    HP Solution Center and a Mediamonkey skin issue, both fixed with today's replacement update KB3133431. All is good now.
