    On October 10, 2024, Windows security update KB5046400 failed, with an error message of Ox80070643. I am running Windows 10 on my desktop. I have made numerous attempts at reloading the update, but all attempts failed. Now I am unable to pen Microsoft Word, or any Office application, with an error number of Oxc0000142. I have tried everything I can think of to address the issue.
