  1. Security update on May 10,2023

What is in the Security update of May. I am windows 10 home single user. My system is behaving strangely after this update. It is asking me to sign out first. When I tried to sign in the files which I kept on desktop were randomly arranged. That is they are not showing on desktop as they were present in subfolders of user in c drive. In addition to, I found some new applications. When I tried to open a photograph or videograph, it is prompting me to select other app. Eventhough the apps are present they are not properly working. Please help me with this. Thanks in advance

    :)
