Windows 10: Security warning when installing Office Diagnostics

Win 10 Pro v10.0.17134 Build 17134

Attempted to install the MS Sara Diagnostics Utility, but get the enclosed Security blocked warning

Tried also via Admin a/c

Not blocked by my security utility

Windows Defender Security Centre shows green ticks for everything

No win10 settings have been amended, not connected to a Domain, no failed win updates

No problems installing other software or their updates

Help With Office 2013 Install

Our IT department sent a note about home use (Office 365, specifically), and this warning:

A suggestion... re-install Office 2010, then try to install 2013?

  Which is the default home page in Microsoft Edge?

  Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
  

I suggest you to Clear caches and cookies and check if it helps.

• 
  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.
  
• 
  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
  

If the issue persist I suggest you to send us the screen shot of the Security Warning message.
