    Security with windows 10 and Microsoft Edge and Norton 360


    I upgraded to Microsoft Edge and it would not load correctly with Norton 360. I just bought a new laptop and was wondering when I set it up do I even need a security program other than what comes with Microsoft Edge and Window 10? If I do need more security, I would appreciate some suggestions

    on what works and is compatible with Edge.

    Is Microsoft Edge STILL not compatible with Norton 360? I had Edge - for maybe 3 weeks - and now not available again. Neither is Cortana. If Microsoft can't play nice with Norton - please suggest exactly WHICH internet security program I should be paying
    for. And if the answer is some Microsoft internet security program - I guess I'll switch to Apple.

    Norton Security is becoming Norton 360 (if you want it or not)

    Windows 10-64 ver 1909

    Norton is converting all current installations of Norton Security to their Norton 360, whether you want it or not.

    The program is apparently suspended for a while (at least for NS Premium users) until they figure out why the Norton 360 being installed in place of Norton Security Premium (covers 10 devices) only covers 5 devices.

    I want to use Norton 360, which doesn't work with Win10 and EDGE. Can I download IE11 for Windows 7 and use 360? (My internet provider supplies 360 with my account.)
