I understand the need to put a high security fence around my computer, but there should be a few alternate ways to important details. My computer was a gift from my brother and my nephew, in August of 2021. It was set up on August 8, 2021. I think it was on that precise day that I also created a new outlook account. I wrote down the account information, but I didn't use it. When I tried to log into my outlook account several weeks later, using that information, I could not get in. I have NEVER used that account. So, to be very clear: I have no viable password for the Outlook account, and
