Seeing A Widget Screen Coming Out Of Nowhere on Windows 10

    I recently updated to Windows 10 1903.

When turning on the computer, I noticed a strange screen showing up that I have never seen before in the desktop screen.

I did not pay too much attention to it and just clicked out of it and it was gone.

I saw something say Widget and there was an expiration date section, which showed the numbers counting down.

I am not even sure what that even means as I clicked out of it quickly and did not have enough time pay attention to it, in addition I don't really care for having widgets.

Can someone explain what this means? Do I have anything to worry about?

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. Use desktop Widgets on Windows 10?

How do you suggest to add widgets/gadgets from Win7 on Windows 10?
I found many solutions, but what is the better one?

Unable to see 'contacts widget' on homescreen - N8

    Hi all,

When I turned my phone on today (N8), the contacts widget was not on my home screen, as before. Instead there was just a blank area. When I click on this area, it gives me the optin to remove, so as to suggest that there is a widget there. When I remove
it and then select fav contacts widget in the widget list, there is just a blank area again.

I did sync my contacts and back up last night...

    Can anyone be of help?

    Thanks

Recommended desktop calendar widget for Windows?

I use Todo Agenda on my Android phone, which is a widget that you can add to your home screen that brings together various calendars into one list (color-coded).Is there anything similar for Windows 10?I would like it on my desktop, similar to a sticky note or a weather widget, rather than a full program/app.
