Windows 10: Seeking Verification: Legitimacy of Microsoft Support Agent

I recently reached out to the Microsoft Support Team regarding a persistent black screen error on my Windows 11 system. Despite efforts, the issue remained unresolved. Subsequently, I received an email from 'Microsoft Escalation Support Communication' with an email domain ending in 'microsoftsupport.com', asking me to schedule a maintenance call.During the scheduled remote session, the agent attempted to initiate a download of a file named 'LOGS.PS1' via a their own link Please refer to the attached photo. Concerned about the authenticity, I promptly terminated the session. I'm seeking guida
