    Seems like this latest update broke my xbox wireless adapter


    After formating my PC, my xbox wireless adapter just doesn't work anymore. It's recognized as XBOX ACC.

    Even going to the microsoft catalog and trying every single driver for windows available, it just doesn't recognize it as a compatible driver (yes, I have extracted the .cab file).

    Edit: just went to the updates section and clicked on: show optional driver updates. The update for the driver was there and it now works.
