Seems same BSOD on 2 computers, with no common factor!!!

I have worst luck!!! In my new PC, my new PSU (Corsair RM650x 2018) broke. Now it seems a HDD is dying: I got BSOD on my new computer: BSOD when changing page file to system managed
I found one disk had bad clusters and I was told - it is dying...

And yet I got (what it seems is same bluescreen) on my old computer!!! While this disk is disconnected!!! Because it has same bugcheck code... I transferred no other disks from my new PC to the old PC. Nor I use any other components from the new PC. Except keyboard and mouse and monitor. But these can't cause BSOD, as far as I know... It is really strange!!!

Also I got previously 2 freezes and sound loop, could it be CPU dying? If so it is really unlucky... Temps are fine. Otherwise sfc and dism found no corruptions... I should probably run memtest overnight, but WTH??? What are the odds this happens at the same time...

    Please help!

    :)

  2. Slow Computer

    Hi Sheree,

One of the most common reasons for a slow computer are programs running in the background. Other factors that can contribute to the issue are memory space, malware infection, outdated software, and processor overheating. To improve your computer's performance,
you can check the tips listed on this link. We suggest that you also try to follow the suggested steps.

Feel free to post back if you have further questions.

  3. BSOD on new computer while gaming

I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

Here is the link to download output files from the V2 script.

Dropbox - windows crash - Simplify your life

    Any help is appreciated

    Steps I have taken:
    • Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions
    • Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)
    • Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram
    • I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist

    2 factor authenticator

Hi Debbie, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

If it's 2 Factor Authentication on your Microsoft account you're looking to disable, you can do this through the Security Basics page. Here's a link:

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Here's also a Microsoft Support article that explains how to enable or disable two factor authentication:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12408/...

Please let me know if you need further support! Thanks!
