Windows 10: Seems to be having issues with micro store

A few apps I am trying to open are stating that I need an app I assume to be downloaded from MS store but my windows has no link up to microsoft store in the apps portion of my windows IOT version? It is not there at all. I tried a reset of ws. I tried to rest the entire computer with removal of all my personal data, new install. I still have no micro store installed in the apps? Without this component I cant run many items properly. Could this be inoperable due to some privacy preference that I have selected? Or is this a limitation of the version of windows I am on IOT LTSC 2024

Windows Store sign in issue

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
