Windows 10: Selecting and playing music on my Windows 10 laptop, by using my Android Phone as a remote...

So I have this windows 10 laptop from work, in which I plug a USB with music to play music from. Work does not allowe to install apps on the laptop. However, I'd like to be able to use my private android phone to browse the different maps of music genres on my USB, and select the music piece or playlist. Like a remote control? Is there a way to do this without installing new apps on my work laptop?

I can install new things on my android phone.

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)

What is the best way to play music CDs on my Android phone?

Hello

I am new digital sound & audio.

I legally own about 20 CDs with music on them. I have a Windows 10 laptop and a CD/DVD player. I would like to play that music on my Android 5.0 smart phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - about 4 years old). What is the best way to do this? Should I use:

A) Windows Media Player and "rip" (whatever that means) the tracks into my Window Media Player's Library? But if so, how would I then get my music into my Android phone?

B) Install the dreaded iTunes? [Personally I hate Apple's ethics, so I reluctant to do this]

C) Install some other free software (e.g. MusicBee??) that hopefully also has an android app that lets you copy your library on your PC and play it on your phone.

Background
I hate installing new stuff on my Windows PC for fear of adware/unwanted programs and because it never EVER uninstalls cleanly. Moreover I have just done a clean/fresh installation of Windows 10 from scratch on my laptop so I don't want to ruin it! I may occasionally wish to play said music on my Windows 10 laptop too.

e.g. I just opened a CD on Windows 10 and there are various ".cda" files visible, but they are all "1KB" in size so I don't know where the real music is. I have got windows to stop hiding protected operating system files, and I have selected "Show hidden file, folders and drives" but I still can't see the actual music data files.

Remote app for android

I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?
