Windows 10: Selecting "Set up for work or school" during the Windows 11 installation process and...

I'm trying to install a clean copy of Windows 11 on a brand new machine. This will be used for work, so I want it to ask for a Work or School account like I've seen many times in the past. Every time after setting the region it tells me to sign in but only accepts a personal account. Normally you are asked if you want to set up the machine for work or personal, then sign in, but this step is skipped. I have the same problem as you. I've installed on different systems so far. And after connecting to the internet and activating it was ok. But I've encountered this problem on one of the laptops.

I have a private laptop where at acces work and school my school stands. is that legal that they can manage so much? ss for more

Is the linked school account stopping you from upgrading to Windows 11, please provide a screenshot of the error you see when you try to do that.

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Your Info, is the school Email listed there?

Select Emails and Accounts, is the school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is the school Email listed there?

If you had Windows 11 in S Mode, what method did you use to re-install Windows, was that a reset, or did you use a bootable USB to clean install Windows 11?

Open the Settings App, then go to System - About, please provide a screenshot of that settings window.

With regards to the Store not being available on your PC:

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
