Windows 10: Selecting the Spending button to add funds gives an error

Since the 1st of August if I follow these steps, I get an error message.1, log into family.microsoft.com2. Select a family member3. Select SpendingSpending screen displays for a second then I receive this error message.Sorry, something went wrong. We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while. TraceId: cVZoJzXZzUWJll+6.4.1077The Traceid changes each time but the message remains the same.I have tried both different browsers and different computers with the same error message.

Why can't I use my own Microsoft Account Balance as the payment method to add funds to the other Accounts within my family?

I'd like to add some funds to my kids account.

Family all setup.

Add funds link... no problem.

Change Payment method... ok.

On that page, my Microsoft Account is listed as one of my payment methods and it has a healthy balance.

However, that payment method is greyed out (not a selectable option).

Why? If I've got funds, why can't I transfer them to my kids to spend in the store on their games and their devices?

 

Money App - Missing UK Fund Prices

Some of my UK funds on the Money app Watchlist now have a zero price whereas they used to have the correct price. I can search for the funds by symbol on MSN Money. This lists the correct fund but displays the price as zero and displays "Data not available"

It seems MSN Money is no longer listing many UK fund prices.

I would suggest to follow the methods given below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware troubleshooter

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Hardware and Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Devices.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and Devices
  

Method 2:
update drivers

I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

Method 3:Compatibility mode

If issue still persist suggest install latest available driver from manufacturer's website. If there are no windows 10 drivers then install the available driver in compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
