Windows 10: Selection keeps moving to the right on it's own.

This problem started just a couple days ago and it only happens in Windows programs and none of the downloadable applications like Spotify, Discord, or Steam. Whenever I type in the search bar it deselects while I'm typing and when I try to navigate the start menu the selection moves to the top right on its own. Same in applications like calculator and even in the settings it moves to the right on its own. It can't be the mouse because I have full control of the cursor too. One of my friends said it might've been from the update that happened on 9/29/20.

Favorite selected keeps coming back

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.



Step1: Try deleting the Favorites in User profile and check if it helps.

• 
  Open C: Drive.
  
• 
  Select User.
  
• 
  Select user profile.
  
• 
  Click on Favorites.
  
• 
  If you’re able to see the favorites list, then you
  can delete the Favorites from there and check if it helps.

how to stop moving tiles

I suggest you to follow the below steps in order to stop moving Windows live tiles.

• Right click on the live tile.
• Click on more option.
• select turn off live tile option.
