Windows 10: Selling of company laptop with windows 10

I still have an old company laptop (Dell Latitude from 2016) that no one is asking about. IT gave me a new laptop a year ago. As the old laptop still works I thought about selling it. I already installed Windows 10 as it was running Windows 7 and had a couple of other software on it. Windows 10 automatically activated itself and I cannot waive the key or deactivate it. As far as know because I updated from windows 7.

Is it secure to sell it on eBay with windows 10 activated? I don't think that anybody will ask about the laptop in the future, but I just want to be sure.

Ever bought your company laptop ? (Leased laptop after 3 years)

I'm on my first long time job been in this company for a 2 long years. Now they are soon replacing leased laptops.
The leasing firm said the company's laptop price after 3 years lease is only 10-15% out of list price.
HP ZBooks sells as new for 2000-3000€(euro) list price.
if 10%=200-300€
if 15%=300-450€

We have (2014 year) ZBooks 15" CPU=i7(4th) 4800MQ, GPU=K2100M.
Worth to buy for such price ? 200-450€ ?
What is the reasonable price for such today ?
