    Send Email from Thunderbird on Win 10 Pro and get Microsoft failure


    I have been sending a series of emails out of Thunderbird to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and I get an email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that states:


    Undeliverable: Re: No Cover Came with Cruzer [Incident: 190902-000112]


    Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:SanDisk® Global Customer Care (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)<mailto:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.


    The emails do go through to SanDisk support and they can email me with no problem. I don't get this with any other emails I send.

    Can't Send Attachment in Word 2016 Through Thunderbird -- Help


    I cant send mail as an open attachement in word 2016 through thunderbird. When I try to, Word gives an error.

    So just to give you steps into the problem:
    1. I open up the doc.
    2. While its still open, in Word I go to File>Share>Email>Send As Attachment.
    3. TB loads in the background.
    4. I get this message in Word: "Word couldn't send mail because of mapi failure: attachment not found"

    Just to let you know, I have no problem sending this as a PDF when I choose the "Send as PDF" option in Word. How do I fix it so that I'm able to send as Word attactment through TB?




    ** PLEASE DO NOT SAY THIS IS A THUNDERBIRD ISSUE. I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THUNDERBIRD. ITS PURELY A WORD ISSUE.***

    Windows 10 compatibility with Firefox and Thunderbird for incoming and outgoing email.

    I have been using Windows 10 for approx. a year with no issues re email compatibility between Windows and Thunderbird re email, however recently I am unable to send or forward any email using Thunderbird. There is no problem with incoming, just an outgoing
    issue. Any suggestions?

    Thunderbird and Torrex won't work in Windows 10

    For your Mail settings with Thunderbird, we suggest you to get in touch with Thunderbird to get the correct information to set up your email. You can refer to this article:

    Set up email in Mail for Windows 10     for steps on how you can set up your email once you have the settings information for Thunderbird.

    We also recommend you to contact the support for Torrex Pro for further assistance on checking the setup of your Torrex app on your Windows 10 PC.
