Discus and support SEnder names are appearing twice in my junk email. Only one real message, but the name is... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; All of a sudden in my junk email box I see the sender's name twice.     All of a sudden in my junk email box I see the sender's name twice. One time is the real email, the other time is just the name. How can I fix this please?

    Sender name appearing twice

    I am using Windows Live Mail on Windows 10 PC.

    I switched to IMAP today, and all sender names now appear twice in the "from" column

    e.g. tom brown:tom brown

    The message itself only appears once, it is only the sender names that appear twice.

    It happens in Inbox, Sent Items and Deleted messages.

    How can I stop this from happening?

    Check for duplicates in the phonebook.
