Windows 10: Sennheiser MB Pro2 dropping calls in Teams.

Hi,


Recently started using Microsoft Teams as a phone service and my MB Pro 2 headset frequently drops calls. I am working with Windows 10, and have the dongle that pairs the headset to my computer. I know this is an approved device for Teams, I just can't find what may be causing the dropped calls. The phone will ring with an incoming call, I go to answer and the call ends. Are the certain settings that switch the audio on and off?

New Teams

Hi,

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.

MSN Sports Team in Favorites but not in My Team Lsit

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
