    Sennheiser USB Headphone interrupt screen powersaving


    Hi, it's already one month or a few more that display power-off after inactivity set via Settings->System->Power & Sleep->Turn off display after: is interrupted as soon as it is activated. What I mean is that, after the time set in settings screen, screens are turned off but as soon as that happen, the turning off is interrupted and screens are turned on again like someone touched the mouse or keyboard. The issue doesn't happen when my Sennheiser GP 350 USB headphones are disconnected from PC.

    I tried to reinstall the drivers of the headphones but nothing changed.

    Anyone did have anything similar?

    USB Headphones not working WINDOWS 10

    Hello,

    Thank you for keeping us updated.

    This issue might resolve making the headphones as default device in Playback devices.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the issue persists.

    • Right click on the Speaker icon (Volume icon). Select
      Playback devices.
    • Select Headphones and click Set default.
    • Click apply and check if the issue resolves.

    Sennheiser PC 31 vs 63?

    Sennheiser PC31 uses 3.5mm headphone and microphone connectors.
    Sennheiser PC36 has a USB connector and it's own sound card.

    i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

    most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.
