Windows 10: sensapi.dll error, services.msc acces denied, windows search bar wont work!

Hello last night my game didn't open because of a problem with sensapi.dll issue. i downloaded sensapi.dll into system32 manually but later on i found out that i downloaded the wrong one 32bit after that i realized that the issue was not resolved and windows search bar stopped working. then i downloaded the 64 bit one hoping that it would fix my issues but it didn't. my search bar still doesnt work and i cant fix iti tried rebooting my pci tried restarting windows exploreri tried DISM scan but it found nothingi tried SFC scannow it found issues but said that it couldn't fic them all and mad

Did you at some time in the past, make a Local Group Policy or Registry change for something related to the Explorer Policies ?

Step 1: Restart the Service and check if it helps.

Step 2: Run the
Search and Indexing troubleshooter.

Follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Search and Indexing

We'd like to verify some information to better assist you with this problem. Was the Windows 10 Search service working fine before? Have you recently performed any changes or updates on your computer? Let's try to check if the Windows Search is set to start
automatically. To do that, follow these steps:

• On the Search bar, type in Services.
• Under Services Local, look for Windows Search.
• Make sure that its Startup type is set to Automatic, and its
  Service status should be Running/Started.
