Windows 10: "Sense" service crashes

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for Workstations10.0.19044.2130 2009, 21H2A couple days ago, something tried to start the "Sense" service, display name "Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service". It apparently crashed and the service manager tried every 5 minutes to restart it in accordance with its recovery options. I wound up with quite a few dump files with names like "MsSense.exe.7736.protected.dmp". A reboot stopped it. The system event log starting in July 2021 says this hadn't happened before. If I manually try to start it with services.msc, it's manual I get a message

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Data Sense App for Lumia 520

I have bought Lumia 520 recently. I dint find Data sense feature in App List . Is it not available in lumia 520 or it is Service Provider Specific?

Can i download the "Data Sense" App from somewhere.. I could not find it in App Store.. Thnx in Advance for Suggestions/ Help.
