Windows 10: Sent items folder not displaying normally in outlook.

My work colleague, on her work computer, has somehow managed to get her sent items displaying in folders inside her sent folder. How do we get the sent emails to display as normal where the last one sent is at the top of the list.

Oulook 2016 sent items not all in sent items folder but are in outlook

Hi there

Trying to setup up my new computer, Windows 10 home. I have outlook 2016 and I tried to start without adding a new account and then tried to import from outlook 2010 pst file. I still have the old computer with outlook 2010 , all my emails etc

This gave me some old emails but no current ones and no address book/contacts

I then added a new email account pop 3 manually and it works sends and receives
I also saved and imported a csv file of contacts and that is all good.

However I notice that if I send some pics from another program, right click send to they are sent but they are not in the sent items under my email account, but they are in the sent items under the outlook data file. If I sent a reply to an email the sent box under my email account saves the reply.

I would like to have all of my sent items under the one sent folder, and preferably the sent folder under my email account not the sent item under the outlook data file

Any suggestions?

Outlook Mobile now always starts in Sent Items folder

Starting just a day or so ago, whenever I start Outlook on my Motorola phone (WM6.0), it initially displays my Sent Items folder. I want it to start in my Inbox, which it used to do, but now I have to manually change folders to see my Inbox. Once I've
changed the folder manually, it continues to show my Inbox until I next shut down Outlook, then goes right back to showing me the Sent Items folder the next time I start the program up again.

How do I get it to start up showing me my Inbox again? I can't find any settings to allow me to change the default display folder.

Outlook Express Sent Items Folder

Here is the response that I got to my earlier request which I have repeated below:

"Outlook Express went away with Windows XP. It will not run on any version of Windows later than that."

Here is my query:

I am running Outlook and would like advice if possible on how to reconfigure my Sent Items Folder so that I can have the Sent Items folder in Preview Mode (ie displaying a number of emails) a number of emails
as well as display the name of the person who I sent the email to at the beginning of the email rather than my own name.

At the moment I can see who I sent the email to at the beginning of the email and only see one email
or have it in preview mode (where I can see a number of emails) but where I cannot easily see the name of the person I sent the item to.

This makes it very hard to search for a particular email.
