Windows 10: Separate Icons for the same program but different parents in Windows 10

Hi,I want to achieve something similar here. However, I want to achieve this for different instances of the same program. For example, let's say I have a program named as X instance 1, and I can open new windows child windows of instance 1 in this program. So, when I open the program X I can create new windows and all of them are grouped in the taskbar which is okay. Now, lets say I want to open the program X instance 2 again, so this is a new instance. I want to see this new instance as a second icon in the taskbar, and I want to see its own child windows child windows of instance 2 t

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.
