Windows 10: separate keyboard and mouse not connecting at the same time.

i can't connect my separate keyboard and mouse at the same time.my current device is an asus zenbook flip 13.i can connect my keyboard to the usb hub.but when i connect the mouse. its not working. but the keyboard is working fine. please give me an answer to this/

Wireless Mouse connects as a keyboard

Hi there.

I've tried doing all of these steps, and it still doesn't work. I can see the device in 'Connected devices' in 'Settings'. It is listed as 'Microsoft Nano Tranceiver' but has a keyboard icon next to it. the mouse is a Microsoft Mouse 1850. This also occurs
with other wireless mice I have tried, and they connect but all have the keyboard icon next to them.

One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
