Windows 10: Separate old windows drive shows up as 2 volumes with blue question marks over the drive...

Hello, I had a pc crash and not boot on this m.2 drive, however when I plug it into my other pc it shows its 2 volumes in the file explorer with blue question marks over them. These cannot be accessed at all nor do they show up on disk management. However I can see all folders and whatnot with windows installation media but that’s as far as I have gotten, I would really like to get some files backed up off of it. Note this m.2 became unusable after an unexpected store exception BSOD. Any help is welcome thanks .

Optical drive shows blue question mark and become non responsive

• Windows 10 has the latest updates
• The DVD/CD-ROM is not visible anymore in control panel / device manager as soon as the blue question mark appears over the drive letter for the drive (in explorer) Hence a bit difficult to check the driver and to try to update it

 

Internal D drive has a blue question mark.

how to fix blue question mark on internal D drive. I tried running chkdsk /d in command prompt but it says invalid input. I also tried finding the drive in device manager and it shows the drive but it is grayed out. sometimes it is not grayed out and when that happens, the blue question mark goes away but the computer gives me an error when I try to open the drive, then the blue question mark comes back and device manager show it grayed out again.

 

D Drive- Blue question mark

Hi, I attempted to open/save to my thumb drive. However, my D Drive suddnly does not show; rather there is a blue question mark appears next to D:\\. Does with all thumb drives I attempt to open. Can you please advise? Thank you.
