    Win 10 monthly virus scan finds but doesn't remove 14 viruses

    I have similar problem. i scanned with win 10 monthly virus download and for two consecutive the scan indicates14 virus infections but when it list the scan reports it list all the virus it scanned but it does not give any report or name of the 14 detected
    virus during the scan. initially i though because it listed the 14 virus during the scan, it had quarantined the 14 virus automatically.

    any help in removing these unknown 14 detected virus
