Windows 10: Sept 2020 My volume is way to low at 100%

I see that Windows 10 seems to have a problem with volume being to low. There is a post from back in 2017 declaring the exact same problem. I have reinstalled the drivers in the Device Manager lists of anything vaguely audio several times. Run troubleshoots, gone into the speaker setting properties. Before there was a "enhanced equalizers" in the deep settings that could be checked, and that was a famous fix. With my new Acer Aspire 5 and Win 10 Home 1903 all updated to right now.

I have been using this laptop for max 2 weeks. I like to stream movies, tv series, but with practically no volume? Last night I had to also stick my headset into the jack 3 times to turn it on. Then even with a headset I had to turn the volume up to 100%?!?!? This is my third Acer, I quite like this brand. I think the problem is Win10 and if that is the case, it is a many years long problem, so unacceptable. I have scoured the internet, watch YouTube videos to find a fix. I created a trouble ticket with Acer, still waiting for some kind of answer and so far, radio silence. They say I have a warranty problem, but that is incorrect. I am under warranty. And I honestly do not think it is a physical hardware issue. It is a drivers issues possibly, or some bad code in Win10? Help!!!

Low sound volume in headphones - Windows 10

I have same problem

my new notebook is windows 10 2004 intel 10Gth CPU



but use Bluetooth Headphones play with Stereo is low sound

100 volume like 1 volume sound

and play with Hands-free AG Audio is correct sound

100 volume is 100 volume sound

I try ...

1. install windows updates many times
2. use regedit set DisableAbsoluteVolume
   
   0 to 1
3. reinstall Stereo A2DP Driver
4. repairing Bluetooth Headphones

I looking for some help.

My Bluetooth headphones are now at very low volume, even when at 100%.

Just to add some more detail

They are Sony Wf1000x

When connected there are two devices listed

• WF-1000x Stereo
• WF-1000x Hands-free

When I set the default to the stereo the volume is very low, when I set it Hands-free the volume is correct, but only from the left speaker.

I have attached the headphone to the phone and the work perfectly,

This issue has only arisen in the last few weeks, for the previous 2 months I had no issue, nor for the previous six months before when I had a different laptop on windows7, instead of my current Windows10 one.

I have checked that the drivers are all up to date, as well as windows updates.

I have unpaired, removed/replaced the drivers, uninstalled the device.

All to no avail.

Any suggestions would be great;y appreciated.

Volume is low even though it is at 100%

Ever since the computer did an update volume will randomly get quiet even though it is at 100%. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver multiple times, I've rand the audio troubleshooter multiple times, I've done ever suggestion i've found online
with no improvement. I am very frustrated. How do I fix this.
