Hello,I've recently installed this update and now I can't click or open the Start menu at all. I've even tried restarting the Windows Explorer. Using DISM, SFC, CHKDSK via command on elevated prompt Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Remember, I can't click or open the Start menu. Using the troubleshooter didn't help at all. None of them fixed the issues.Doing these options also DID NOT fix the "This app can't open." Can't use Print Screen or the Snipping Tool because they can't be access or won't work due to the new update. For example, for the Windows Security dashboard, it says: "This app can't open.
