Windows 10: SERIOUS HELP: CONCERNING TASKBAR

I was just connected to INTERNET. I left it for a while and placed the icon on some above portion not on taskbar.

Screen gets black after few minutes , but after some time I get to know that screen just get displayed again and the icon was above taskbar.


Is this some auto-event happening with some software.


OR


the problem is considered as the problem of some HACK related.



Kindly consider this problem set as serious issue.

  Select properties.

  Click on Toolbars tab.

  Check mark Links and check if it helps.

How do you remove the taskbar from bottom of the screen.

  Right click on Taskbar.
  
• 
  Select properties.

  Uncheck the box lock the taskbar and check if it helps.

  And move it to the top or right or left of the screen.

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
