Windows 10: Serious issue, Windows 11 Error "USB Device Not recognized"

Firstly I know its not my board or my Mouse and keyboard, turning off my computer fixes the problem for 30 minutes before the issue returns, Iv already did a windows reinstall which fixed the problem for two weeks but it has come back again. My connected devices woud disconnect and reconnect randomly and with more time stay off, unplugging them and plugging them back in gives the error "USB device not recognized". I want to know whats going on and if the issue is being looked into already and if it is in the process of being fixed, my computer is unusable and in the middle of another windows r

External HDD Error: "USB device not recognized"

Hi!
I have an issue with an LaCie Rikiki external drive. As the title says, I get "USB device not recognized" error in Device manager with "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" status. The drive does not show up in Disk Management either. I have tried different USB cables on different PCs but with the same result.

Thanks very much for the suggestion, but I am still having the same issue.

I'm not a computer expert by any means but I hope to avoid having to take my computer in for service.
