Windows 10: Serious lagging when I'm moving my mouse

Hello, I've been experiencing some trouble with playing games whenever I move my mouse.This most frequently occurs in games where my frames just drop to single digits even though I can run the game at 100+ FPS when I'm not doing anything. Games like Back 4 Blood from Microsoft Store or even old games like A.V.A are unplayable. When I'm just on my desktop with Task Manager open, my CPU usage goes from 6% to ~18% just by moving my mouse.I've tried using a different mouse, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but the issue still remains. Mouse Lag!?!

Basically what it does is remove the mouse acceleration in XP. The mouse will feel slower at first, but eventually you'll get used to it... the only reason why I suggested the mouse fix was because mouse acceleration sometimes causes the sensation of having a laggy mouse (laggy meaning responding slowly). If you meant lag as in jumping around and generally not being responsive, then I guess you'll need to wait for more suggestions *Smile

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.
