Windows 10: Serious problems with OneDrive, unable to contact MS support.

When I try to submit a problem to support, I get the message "you can't proxy across different primary domains". I'm experiencing 3 serious problems with OneDrive and am unable to contact MS support.The OneDrive problems are:1. I've only used 16.4GB of my 1TB allowance, but I get the message "There is not enough space on OneDrive - Personal. You need an additional 2.31GB to copy these files". 2. When I copy files to OneDrive using Windows Explorer, the remaining space on my C: drive is reduced. 3. Manage Folder Backup gives me: a. a message stating that for each file already in OneDrive a d

OneDrive unable to find my contacts to share folders

garybo125 thanks for your suggestion which I did but it did not resolve the issue with OneDrive insisting to use my contact's first email address instead of his second email address. Eventually I deleted my contact's first email address from my Outlook.com contacts list and OneDrive then added the correct address. It seems that if you have a contact with two email addresses OneDrive will always choose one and not the other!

Berton OneDrive may not use the built-in Contacts Folder in C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE as mine is empty but of course I cannot verify this.

 

Unable to find photographs in OneDrive

I understand that you are unable to see the Photographs that are uploaded in OneDrive. I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to find the files:

1. Login to
   https://onedirve.live.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Check for the folders or files that are uploaded.
   

If you are unable to find the photographs, I suggest you to get in touch with the OneDrive support team.

Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the ‘?’ help icon on the top banner of the page and select
Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.

OneDrive unable to find my contacts to share folders

In Windows 10 Home, Office OneNote 2010 and Office Outlook
2010 and using Windows OneDrive Free.
When I try to share a folder by email in OneDrive the
contacts that appear in the list are not all my Office Outlook contacts and
when I enter a recipient’s second email address manually I get a message “We
couldn’t find an exact match” and OneDrive insists in entering his first email
address. *Redface


My question is from which address book does OneDrive extract
email addresses?
How can I add or force OneDrive to use Office Outlook
contacts?
