Windows 10: SERIOUS SVCHOST/MIC ISSUE LONG TIME INSIDER/A+ NEEDS HELP.

system32\svchost.exe Mic takeover, i am now locked out of services, says need admin priv,. which i do of course. MSft sec. Finds nada, as well as McAfee . But instinct says different,. I am insider, running w/10/home/insider preview/eval.copy/build 19582.rs_prerelease_.200306-1640 I need immediate assistance b4 2 late... Will do remote if ness. Also i am 1995 cert.A+ Need assist please .currently going on 2 weeks with mic issue,. And services access denial new as of 8/14/20 thanx ahd tme. JC.

svchost is part of the OS, it just interacts with other aspects.

 

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

 

Freezing & Mic Issues

Today I experience two issues, seemingly @ the same time or happening very closely to each-other. Those two issues are: my mic being of a very low volume & programs freezing when I attempt do move my mouse and type. This has negatively affected my gaming
performance, & I'm the leader of a serious gaming unit/clan, and I need these issues to be resolved soon for our events, so a swift & conducive response would be much appreciated to say the least.

What I've attempted:

• Freezing
  • Defragmenting both hard-drives
  • chkdsk command & subsequent restart
  • Changing power settings in accordance with a tutorial on YouTube
• Mic
  • Un-plugging & re-plugging mic
  • Restarting computer
  • Using another Head Set (which may imply that the cause of the issue is the computer as opposed to the head sets, or else it would probably be a very unfortunate coincidence)
