    Hello!

    I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and since then my wireless mouse has not been functioning. It appears as "2.4G Keyboard Mouse" (there is a wireless keyboard from the same maker as well that I am not using) but there are no setting I can access or anything like that. In the device manager it is labelled "HID-compliant mouse" and the driver for it is updated to the latest version but the mouse is not functioning.

    The website of the manufacturer (http://www.serioux.com) is shut down and I can't find any original drivers available by googling so my question is if there is another "basic/general" driver that I could use to make the mouse work.

    Both statements are incorrect.

    Most wireless mice operate on the 2.4 GHz band. Bluetooth also operates on the 2.4 GHz band. Anything that operates on the 2.4 GHz band
    might interfere with anything else that operates on the 2.4 GHz band. Or it might not.

    However, in the case of a mouse the signal strength is very low, since the associated computer is usually just inches away. So the likelihood of interference is very low.
