Windows 10: Server 2022 windows update error 0x80073701 during cumulative OS update

I am receiving this error on a server 2022 vm. Failed Windows update for Server 2022 Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073701

This is a Windows 2022 server and have not been able to apply the cumulative update since November of 2022. Other updates like the ,Net and defender updates install without any issues, just the cumulative update fails. Failed Windows update for Server 2022 - Tried all the posted related for this error message but nothing seems to work - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073701: 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022842)

I found several post and tried everything listed in the posts, still no luck. Need help.

I am not able update the system with the update

2022-07 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5015879)

The error is " We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80073701)"

it is Window Server 2022 Standard, Because of this error i cannot add IIS Role.

I have been unsuccessful installing 2022-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5012159). I have tried all of the potential solutions provided at: I keep getting error code 0x80073701 for the 2022-02 Cumulative Update - Microsoft Community , but Install error - 0x80073701 occurs each time. Not sure what to do next....
