Windows 10: Server 2022 won't open more than 20 programs weird freezing if it does

Discus and support Server 2022 won't open more than 20 programs weird freezing if it does in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; HiSo I am running windows server on Administrator and a second user so I can run many instances of a program.     Server 2022 won't open more than 20 programs weird freezing if it does


    HiSo I am running windows server on Administrator and a second user so I can run many instances of a program. The limit for the program is 32 instances so 20 per user shouldn't be an issues. Basically I have 20 programs running on Admin right now, if I try to load another it doesn't load. If i close a program it allows me to open another. If I run a program in admin mode it will open it so I have 21 open but then I cannot right click on any icons, and other weird little things.Anyone have a clue what this is being caused by?I did run some scans and checked for corrupt files etc, removed all

    Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

    Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

    When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

    1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
    2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
    3. I´m the administrator of the PC
    4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
    5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)
    Please help!

    Good FTP-server program

    Hi!

    Does anybody have a suggestion for a good & simple FTP/SCP/SFTP server program. I now use a program called Home FTP Server (supporting onle FTP) but wasn´t able to change the server port from 21 to another number and thats why I wanna try something else.
