Windows 10: server properties for Window Mail

How do I get to the properties for a Windows Mail account? I need to access the incoming and outgoing server settings etc. etc. etc. I can't find any way to get beyond email address and password.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows Live Mail 2012 - can't send email

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check.

• Right-click on the account name in the folder pane.
• Select Properties.
• On the Servers tab, select My server requires authentication.
  
• On the Advanced tab, ensure that the outgoing (SMTP) port is 587.
