Windows 10: server refused purchase! the purchase could not be verified

so I buy the premium before 4 days from now and they take money from my credit card and every time I lunch the game I have a text that say server refused purchase and they say this purchase could not be verified so I need help that I can get my robux

In app purchase payment refused

I have a Belle C6-01 and I'm trying to do an in-app purchase. Specifically, I downloaded
GApp, liked the app and decided to upgrade to the add-free version. GApp logs on my Nokia Store account and shows the correct last 4 digits of my VISA credit card number. But I allways get the
"payment refused error".



As this is the first in-app purchase I ever tried to do, and as I've just purchased an app through Nokia Store about a month ago with the same credit card, I suspect that this is a GApp issue.



BTW, my VISA credit card is correctly registered on my Nokia Store account and I use this card on a daily basis.



Note: I don't know whether this has something to do with the matter, but I remember that when I did my last purchase on Nokia Store last month, I wasn't able to do it at late night hours (my local time is UTC-3, so it was dawn in Europe...). I tried three
nights on a row and I allways got the "payment refused" error. I only managed to do the purchase at morning hours (GMT-3).

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.
• Select Internet Options and go to Advanced
  tab
• Uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk and click
  OK.
• Now check if you are able to make the purchase.
