Windows 10: Service Host: Local System - High CPU Load

Hello,

I've got this high CPU load issue since updating my Windows 10 to 1803. Actually, CPU load isn't too high (about 20%), but it resulted in overclocked CPU speed, heat, and noisy fan.

I have tried to stop the Update Orchestrator and Windows Update Service, but it didn't work.

I also have tried to delete all the Windows update folder content, also didn't work.

And whenever I check for Windows Update in Settings, it always take very looooong time and then it says that my Windows is up to date.

Oh ya, I also have tried to run Windows Update Troubleshooter and it looks like never end





My system: Asus X450JB

Windows 10 1803 build 17134.48

When you open Task Manager a little bit, you’ll see that svchost.exe service host: local system (network restricted) is causing the problem of high CPU usage. To improve your Windows performance, and get rid of the high CPU usage, you
have to disable Superfetch service. Superfetch used to pre-load data from hard disk into RAM memory. So let's follow this steps.

Service Host: Windows Biometric Service and Service Host: Local System (2) high CPU usage. I don't open many apps but this two service occupy most of my CPU availability. The CPU usage is very high and my computer always hot because of this, even after
sleep.

Please help me to solve this!

I have high cpu usage problem with service host local system (21) when i plugged my charger in my laptop! what should i do?
