Windows 10: Service host network system 100% disk usage

First a problem with my office 365, then with my xbox account, and now, my windows computer. Make no mistake, once this quarantine is over, I'm abandoning Microsoft as a whole because the customer service is not helpful at all; not because they don't want to, but because they don't know how to. Enough ranting.

I updated my windows a few days ago and now I've run into a problem that makes using my computer a living hell. My acer aspire E15 Windows 10 64 bit core i3 8th gen 6GB memory 1TB HDD has been slow lately.

I checked task manager and i noticed that my disk usage is always on 100%. I've followed every advice available on the internet hint: none worked. I noticed four services/processes always taking up to 97% disk: system, wsappx, service host: network service, and feedback. I've deleted 300GB worth of software to ease up the disk, didn't work. I can't work productively anymore and i need my computer more than ever.

have to disable Superfetch service. Superfetch used to pre-load data from hard disk into RAM memory. So let's follow this steps.

I am having persistent problems with 100% disk usage...I have disabled Service host superfetch and windows search to no avail, any suggestions?
